Medical Exam Question

I have my exam on Tuesday - I'm curious how many people brought 'Previous medical reports, prescriptions or treatments' with them?
I have a very basic medical history (take no medications, 2 surgeries (tonsils and c-section) and I didn't request anything from my family DR....

The DMP my husband saw in Chicago, requested he bring previous medical reports when he set up the appointment. But I believe they all operate a little differently. If you have a simple history, I would say you probably don't need to bring anything and if they think they need more information after the medical, they will request it. (This happened to my husband after his first medical. He was simply able to contact his physician who faxed a letter to the DMP). All went well.

We saw the other one in Chicago, Dr. Bouslaw Chmiel. BTW, be prepared to go to a different location for the chest xray. Someone on another site mentioned that regarding Dr. Veramendi.

Ours wanted cash or personal (in state) check. No credit or debit cards. I dont know if they told you about payment methods on the phone but I was glad I had my checkbook on me.

We had to pay cash, too, and we were not required to show previous medical history.

I was surprised when they said credit card was OK - as I didn't think it would be, or personal check (knowing I was out of state) - I plan to call tomorrow to double check on it, because I'm not interested in driving 3 1/2 + hours and not be able to do it, lol.

I did try many times to reach him, but no one ever answered the phone - we didn't want to wait any longer, so we booked Veramendi.

I didn't take anything, wasn't asked for anything on the day, am lucky to have a non-existent medical history.

I took mine and copies of my prescriptions. He didn't even look at them; he just took an oral history.
