Hi,

I called the doctor recommended by CIC in my area for medical exam. They asked me for IME number or upfront medical. Where can I find the IME number? Or do I need to go for Upfront Medical exam? Please Advice.

Thanks.

Thanks. Do I need to carry any specific documents for the test? Like application Number for them to connect with my medical.

The Medical Centre will tell you what all specific documents they need.
It is generally your Passport and if required you EE profile #

You need to carry your passport. You also need photographs but if the clinic has eMedical then you dont need photographs. They will click a digital picture.

For my medical examination they require me to bring the following. Perhaps you can use this as a reference:

1) Original passport (photocopy or certified true copy not acceptable) - If you don’t have your original passport with you, please call our office and let us know which photo ID you possess. Not all photo ID are acceptable.

2) Eyeglasses or contact lenses, if worn

3) Any medical reports or test results that you may have as a result of previous or existing medical conditions

4) A list of prescription drugs taken, if applicable.

5) Please make sure you drink water before the appointment, we will check urine on your arrival. (No fasting is necessary)

6) Photos are not required
