Hello I am a Canadian born citizen ,getting ready to sponsor my US husband 
. He went for the medical exam in preparation for our filing in July 2012.
When he arrived for medical exam, they told him he needed 2 more photos. He had 2 with him,so went to nearby Kinko's and had 2 more done. The doctor completed the exam,x rays etc,and stamped everything and gave him his copies.
My concern is that the photos (1) are taken a week apart, and(2) he is wearing a different shirt. He called the CIC(designated) doctor's office and they told him not to worry, that it was not a problem, they have never had a problem or known of one, with this.
My question is, Should I get my Hubby to retake 4 photos and get doctor to re-do the forms before we file or proceed with what the doctor says is fine??Assuming everything else in our application is done flawlessly.
