Has anyone done or had their spouse do the medical exam for the Philippines?
CIC wants the upfront medical exam included in the package. My wife called one of the panel physician's offices in Cebu and she was told she had to bring a letter with her.
Is this a letter from CIC asking for the medical exam? Can she just make an appointment and show up with her passport to the panel physician's office?
