Medical Exam not required for me?

Okay thank you, I'll book a date for next week then. As my VISA office only takes 9 months. I'll get it done anyways!

If you are applying Outland (which I presume you are) you need to go ahead and book the medical exam, as the IMM1017 (proof of medical exam/receipt) that the Dr will give you, needs to be sent with your application. It is best to do your medical exam as close as possible to sending your application, as the medical is only valid for one year. You may read of others here not doing their medicals until the Visa Office requests them, but that is for Inland applications - those Inland applications can take well in excess of a year to process so it avoids repeats of medicals.

When you contact the Dr to make the appointment, they will tell you how many passport photos to bring. (And always take your passport along.)

So I have to bring this form only? There is al ist of things on the site. I am calling the doctor right off.

no forms to bring anymore - just pictures. The list on the website is for the doctors to have and to fill out. You only need to bring pictures, and money to pay! they will give you a form to add to your application.
