I have received an invite on 8th May 2018 and am currently in Sydney, Australia. I checked the panel list and only BUPA is allowed to do the exam. I called them and they asked me for my UIC which I provided, they cant find the UIC on their system. They are claiming the UIC is not activated yet which I find very weird as I have been invited already.
The other option they are giving is to create a profile for me but they keep saying that the profile creation option is for Worker Holiday Visa only and if they use that option in my case as I already have a UIC, it could severely delay my visa application.
I have already submitted a technical support ticket.
I don't know what to do please advise?
