medical exam in different country othan the application country

I have rec. an email with my medical exam request. I am currently in Singapore and want to check whether I can get my medical examination done in Singapore when my application is filed/processed in Delhi. Also if the medical facility approved by CIC in Singapore will send test results to India CIC office?
