Medical exam from different country than the visa office. Duration in quebec

Hi. I applied for federal immigration (after getting CSQ) at Sydney, nova scotia. I am staying in Quebec (study+work) from last 3 years. Now i got medical request from ottawa but i am in India right now.

1. Is it ok if I get it(medical) done here in india?

2. Is there any condition regarding the duration one has to stay in Quebec for that period of time after getting PR under QSW program?

1. Yes, its okay to do your medicals from India(or from anywhere else in the world) from CIC recognized medical panel
