Dear friends,
I am new to this forum. I want to sponsor my spouse living outside canada. As per checklist IMM 5491, proof of medical examination for the sponsored person in IMM 1017 need to be attached. Not sure whether i should do before sending the application to Mississauga or after receipt of request from processing center. Further my spouse is here in Toronto on a visit. Can he undergo medical exam in Toronto for the purpose instead of going back to India and doing which can delay sending the application. Please advise.
