Medical exam for non-accompanying children

Hello! I am just curious if there were any applications you know of that were refused because the non-accompanying child/ren did not do a medical because the ex would not cooperate.

Hello! I am just curious if there were any applications you know of that were refused because the non-accompanying child/ren did not do a medical because the ex would not cooperate.

So sorry to hear about your situation. I assume your ex has the custody of the child/children? All the members in the nuclear family (whether accompanying/non-accompanying) must go through medicals in order to proceed with the application. This is to ensure every member is medically admissible to Canada. Canada will not separate a nuclear family!
