Hello! I'm in a similar situation and called the panel physician here in Seattle (concentra urgent care) and they said they have a wait list for April. Should I call and ask for an earlier appointment or is April the earliest they offered you also? Also, how early did you get your appointment in LA? Im assuming they only offer one on weekdays ? Need to look into other cities as well..
Hi, I completed my medicals from LA's Express care and they have multiple slots open.I traveled mid-week to get it done.Meanwhile,I got a call back from Concentra urgent care and they booked me up for March 7th even though , initially they said they were booked till April.Now though,I will cancel my appointment with them.
I would suggest, call Concentra and wait-list yourself.You might get an earlier slot.To be on safer side, see if you can arrange for your medicals in LA.

Yes I had already signed up for the waitlist for April and they said they will call me with an exact day and time for April, but since its already end of Feb, I doubt they would have any in March...lets see. Ill definitely call up LA and get an appointment in March at the very least. Btw, Concentra urgent care is terrible with picking up the phone, I only got through after multiple calls, and now that i want to ask them any further questions its difficult to get hold of them. Did you experience this too? Do you think its better to go in person for any questions since they dont really pick up their phone? (I dial '0' for other inquiries from the menu). Let me know if you have any insight regarding that. Thank you!
Well, I actually was able to get them on phone without any issue.In case you have multiple queries, then in the interest of time, it would be better to walk-in and get your queries clarified.
