Medical exam for a dependent while applying for CEC

Hi,
We are applying for Canadian experience class and we are a family of 4 members (I, my wife, and two kids). now, one kid is a Canadian (was born in Canada). here are my questions:
1- If I mention that we are a family of 4, I have to include the kid in the PR process (medical exam, etc.). Is the correct answer 4?
2- Does he need to do the medical exam for our PR even if he is a Canadian?

1. No. He is just a family member.
2. No. There is no medical examination required.
