Medical Exam fees and related details (Student Visa)

Hi,

Can anyone please share the fees of medical examination and also about the procedure to just have a knowledge.

I am from Pakistan...

Any information would be highly appreciated

i m also waiting for my medical .. the medical will be conducted at IOM .. it will cost around 3500 i think and they will send it directly to new delhi where it will be examined and then will be forwarded to CHC ISLAMABAD .. the medical will be simple including chest X-RAY , blood test , urine test and physical examination

You filed ur application on 20 Feb and still waiting for medical...
Its been nearly a month ... Does it take this long???

I hope for the best... I filed it last friday ... courier service send me a sms stating my visa application is under process at the CA- Embassy...
I hope they process it quickly since I applied for May Intake... and if it take a month or two then my chances for admission in May intake would be over!! :'(

The fee for Canadian Medical (for student permit) Is 5,600Rs.
You will most probably get the MEDICAL EMAIL on the email adress which you have provided to the embasyy, if you haven't provided than you will get the medical call by post.
after getting the medical email or call (by post) you will IOM to get the appoinment.
The tests which are conducted there are
X-ray, than blood, eye sight urine and then physical assessment.
*You won't get your passport back. you will show your NIC plus your passport photocpies on the day of medical as your valid identification. and you will pay the fee cash at the medical center.

I think the fee was 56oo or 5800
