hello,
i have given my medical exam for student visa i just wanna know that do they test us for drugs i have some gardaa the day before i am not a regular user just tried it for no reason i just wanna know if they do test us for drugs i am from pakistan please give ur answers i am really worried.

yeah i am too mine is on 5th but classes are going to start on 9th and last date for registration is before 20th does it mean something...like does embassy know about these things

Its mentioned on your acceptance letter.
Embassy keeps all this in mind.
I believe once the medical is done and ( ur sure ur medically fit) , ur visa shud reach to u b4 ur classes begin.
Im desperately waiting for mine.
There were so many holidays in december and then new year... damn!

can any1 plz tell , if medical test includes teting drugs, i smoke weed , some people say it is all about checkin major diseases , but still i want to know, plzzzz help me as soon as possible as i am havin my medical on 8th march 2013

I haven't applied for Canadian permit yet, but I've studied in other countries (Malaysia/Singapore) and they always tested for drugs, and yes, for thc as well. in fact, I've seen students get expelled and study visas cancelled because they tested positive for weed. not sure about Canadian medical.

But it is very sad that you can't control yourself , even for one day.
