Medical examination documents sent to peshawar from Canadian High Commission in Islamabad but sent back to the embassy by the Post office guys because no one checked the P.O Box, NEED HELP plzzz anyone help what should be done now???????????? Almost 40 days have passed after they sent the documents, quick responses would be appreciated !

Hi,

U should immediately email or fax with the signature of applicant to CIC ISB and describe the entire situation and request them to resend the documents again

Thanks Kha, for the reply, yes the sponsors did email the CIC, but do you know how much time will it take for them reply and sent the documents back? actually what happened was we were checking through the internet and they didnt update the site so now i hope everything turns up well now !

u r welcom Shaxxx one more thing plz note that it would be better if applicant should send them FAX or email to resend the requested ducoments rather than sponsor

Well the problem is that the applicants dont know english but do you think it wont work if the sponsors send an email to the CIC ?

It is not a big problem u can draft the FAX and email the applicant or nearly relative/friend of applicant so he/she can send it to CIC ISB with signatures

Yes im serious as now adays CIC ISB is working really slow but I hope Allah help u out ver soon by the way it is husband case or wife and plz tell me the timeline of the case when did u applied ?

It's my uncle married with his wife and a daughter and his two un-married brothers, and their sponsor is my aunt, and they applied on March, 2007

the applicants should seend a fax to islamabad , they reply to fax very fast , no need of fax from sponser ,

also update us if nything new happend with their app ?
