Medical exam after reapplying for PR

Hi,

do i need to contact my physician if i am reapplying for pr under cec express entry? My first application got refused in November and medical was done back in July. I read somewhere here that I don’t need to contact anyone, but just wanted to make sure if is it correct info? Thanks

Why would you have to contact the physician? The medical is valid for one year.

Don’t they need to send my results again? Or IRCC can access the results anytime?
