im in canada and im going to do my application for outland so when i do my medical can i do it IN canada or do i have to do it in the states and if i can what form do i take or what

You can do your medical anywhere, as long as it is a designated medical practitioner for CIC. Take the form that comes in your part 3 country specific forms.

so since im from the states i take the american form and they can fill it out? so after that i will be submiting my forms 2 weeks after that do they give u some kind of voucher or the results or what

You fill out Appendix C of the Regional Specific Guide (they are all the same) and give it to the doctor. They will provide you with a receipt that has your picture on it and some information (name, address, etc.). That's the receipt you include in your application.

BTW, they are no longer called Designated Medical Practitioners. Now called Panel Physicians. No idea why but CIC decided to change it.

ok lol so i take the pics and take one with me with the form, this whole process just seems super confusing 2 me haha thanks tho guys its like the passport pics right

They need to be immigration sized photos, and u will need more than one. Each doctor requires a different amount so make sure u find out how many u will need. For my husband's medical in Dominican Republic, he required 5 immigration photos for the medical.
