can you plz tell me the time line how long dose it take for Pakistan students to get any rep from CHC after applying

it varies case to case..but usually after 4 weeks..I received my first medical after 3 weeks

i very worried today its been 4 weeks and no rep yet and will they text me or i have to call gerry visa drop box if they revived my passport. and what are the chances of visa after medical.....

i have applied for M.Eng in uni of Manitoba but its been 1 and a half month and i didn't get acceptance letter yet :-(
what is the process of deferring the course?? we should pay fees admission fees again for deferring the course??
