Medical done in April, still no news?!

I completed my medical in April 2012, but no more progress! is that normal (its almot 7 months)! whats next?

What is your NOC and where did you apply from, within Canada or outside? When did you actually submit your application?

I applied in Canada, application recieved by CIC in Nov 2011, NOC 4012

well, what can I do? :| The only thing I can say is that I'm Iranian!
In fact, I have submitted to applications, CEC and FSW PhD both in Nov and Dec 2011, still no good news!

it should be that they are still completing ur background checks, u might try to send email to ottawa

humm that's unfortunate, I agree with Ujbaby that they are probably verifying your background, but since earlier this year that they put embargo and diplomatic tensions with Iran, I guess this affects your process.
