Can someone tell me how long would it normally take for MR after 4th line update in ECAS? It was updated to 4 lines on 22nd Sep, 15

1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 23, 2014.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on May 7, 2015.
3. We started processing your application on March 31, 2015.
4. We transferred your application to the Colombo office on March 14, 2015. The Colombo office may contact you.

Ecas does not show medical received yet
And no PPR received

My visa office is Colombo
I filed my application in November last week

Should I raise a CSE or wait??

I feel Delhi office is faster than Colombo
After doing the medical candidates are getting PPR within 2 weeks
But there is no trace of PPR eve after 5 weeks from Colombo

And not updating the ecas to medical received
