HI Friends,

My VO is NDVO but file transferred to CVO.

I received PPR yesterday.ECAS changed to decision made and then received PPR.I did medicals on 20th August and paid RPRF on 22nd August.

In ECAS nothing is updated regarding medicals, that they have received.

Its a direct Decision made with PPR.

Is it mandatory that we receive acknowledgement from CVO that they have received medicals or not.

Congrats on PPR, Its not Mandatory you have directly got PPR then enjoy stop thinking about Ecas. I did my medicals on Aug-10, When did ur ecas got Decision Made...

Dear Friends,

It's good to see this thread, always better to know you're not alone :P

I am not sure if you have noticed one important issue, the PCC. I guess all of us have submitted PCC with the MR request, not with the main application. So the security check is initiated after receiving PCC and that generally takes 1-4 months. So even MR is done, we will not receive any PPR until security check is completed.

I checked with my VO RIH, LVO, s/he confirmed the same mentioning MR received and they are waiting for results of this security check. Furthermore, if anyone has added any dependent in the application after MR, can further increase the waiting period.

Don't go by the history on ECAS update, now-a-days PPR is issued directly without any update in ECAS. If you want to know if MR is received, write to VO, they will confirm in email.

So just relax, no need to get frustrated, it's just again a game of patience and supporting each other on the way ;D

Well said msa22 !

I am a bit worried in my case. My timelines are on the left. Does it mean that my case is still under security clearance ? I have not received any DM/PPR yet and so I was a bit concerned.

Would appreciate if you can clarify on this.

Thanks.

Got DM yesterday but no update of Medical results received.

Thanks Chiragkdave :-)

I believe it's same situation for you too, the PCCs you submitted are causing the delay. Generally upto 4 months VO takes for the security clearance, so you are half-way. Just hold patience.

Best of luck, keep us posted.

Hello Everyone,

My Medical tests are scheduled for day after tomorrow and I am preparing myself for further stages. This seems like a fluid phase. I feel like I am not able to make any decision regarding a lot of things like,

Shall I take or refuse new projects in job?
Shall I sell few items/possessions/properties?
What kind of timeframe I will have to plan this and any future actions?

There are many members telling me that thing will happen so fast that you will feel that there is not enough time to prepare yourself for the migration process. While on other side, some members I meet like so many following this thread are eagerly waiting for their PPR.

From what I hear/read, majority of applicant move to the next stage most probably within three months while average time is about 1.5 Months. Unless there are some issues with medical results.

However, when I see the FSW 2014 global spread sheet, there are a lot of members waiting for PPR since a long time.
Is this due to current slow processing or is it just that they have not updated their status, yet?

What are the tests they do when you go for medicals?
