Is a myth in people thinking, did they written any where if you have travel history verification will take time.Nor it doesn'1 guarantee if you don`t have travel history will get visa soon, I don`t have travel history but still waiting for TLU and PPR.File processing is purely based on Visa officer how quick he make things moving and taking decisions..and Finally you luck plays an imp role

remember your case is complected because of the new born not because of the travel history

i have been searching at old forums, and they all say they update TLU once you have done your medicals and passed security checks, and the security checks will take longer if your travel history is longer, i know mine is a very long history, been to too many countries through my life.

I don`t have any travel history, It was 22 days for my medicals, If you see the timeline of people completed medicals in May and july, They got TLU on avg from 3-30 days. i think they are upgrading new ecas system, This may also be one of the reason. I tried to call cic but call was disconnected every time, try call them no harm in that....

I don't think travel history will influence the TLU. They are separate. I know someone is background checking even after TLU.
But I have a question about this, hope some one can answer me. Thank you!
When I submitted the application, I was in USA and my husband was in China.
My husband went to USA visiting me this at Feb. for 2 months and then went back to China.
I don't know should I update this short travel history after the application?
I am the primary applicant.

I have undergone my medicals last August 18 and I am about to pay rprf soon. First time I went out of the country I had a five week vacation to Singapore. Of course when I sublitted my visa application, there is no travel history. I am thinking now, will my recent travel at Medical stage affect the processing of my application? Do I need to inform them that I've gone out of the country?

Anyone please shed some light here, I'm worried. When I submitted copy of my passport there is no stamp out and in of the country, will the mind if they saw in my passport that I have travelled while my application is in process?

I am also waiting for TLU. Medicals were done on 30th July. Hospital updated results on 5th August. No TLU yet. My visa office is Warsaw.Timelines below:-

App Sent:- 15th Decc
PER:- 2nd July
SLU:- 17th July
MR, PCC and RPRF request:- 20th July
Medicals done:- 30th July

PCC and all other docs updated on 11th August. Also sent by courier and and received on 14th August.

U do not need to update if the travel is after you have submitted the application.

If your travel is after the submission of your application then it is ok.
You do not have to inform them of travels AFTER APLLICATION

A lot of people are waiting for "Medical Results Received" in ECAS. Can you please tell us about "Furtherance Request"? what does it mean and why you had to go for Re-Med?

Hi Ruafen,

I received a furtherance medical request from the Regional Medical Office and was asked to perform additional tests, the report for which took 2 months to come. Once the report was received, I again had to go to the panel physician for a re-medical.
