hi sis.. when exactly did u finish your medicals? i also had my medicals done in slec bgc last august 12.. and we finished at around quarter to 10am but we were asked to return at around 1:30pm for the result of the chest xray and for the vaccines and pregnancy testing.. im just wondering, werent you instructed to return on the same day for the xray result? what time did u finish with your meds? coz in my case, we accomplished the vaccinations on the same day.. luckily, i brought with me my baby book for the list of my vaccinations that is why i didnt undergo MMR vaccine anymore. my husband was the only one who had MMR vaccine since he doesnt have any immunization record.

in my opinion, i think slec bgc will not forward the results to cem if you havent completed the mmr vaccine because that is one of their requirements. i think you should follow up again with the nurse in slec bgc and ask for the information sheet so that you have the proof when they submitted your results to cem. ask them to email it to you for your reference. btw, i think there are two numbers you can contact. mine was sent last august 19 since my hubby had an additional test (hepa b and c testing) because he had an ear piercing.

hoping that they will update my ecas soon and much better, hopefully PPR is coming!!!

hi sis!

Done with my medicals last Aug. 18 around 3PM, my xray result was not yet available, though I offered to wait for the result they told me they will contact me soon as everything is okay for me to be vaccinated with mmr. I called earlier today, the nurse informed me that the will not contact me if my results are normal. They have already sent my results August 27. I was content but now I'm thinkingwhat will I attach to my email to Canada Embassy to prove that I am already done with my medicals? Hmmmm... Did you just sent your rprf as an email attachment? I was advised by Manila Embassy to choose only one method of sending the required documents to them. What method did you use?

Thank you so much for answering.

No I didn't get TLU and thank you guys for the wishes.

Did u get TLU?

After TLU it usually takes 4 to 8 weeks for ppr.

hello Ritvik123.

This time frame of 4 to 8 weeks for ppr does it apply to all visa offices or just Accra. cos i got my TLU on the 10th of Aug. and no PPR yet

Said it in general

i have a question to all, does everyone here have a long travel history? as i have read this is all because of security and background cheeks if you have traveled too much?

thats good if theyve sent the results already. did you ask for an information sheet so that you have a proof that they really did send the rsults? and from what i understood from what you said, you did not undergo MMr vaccine anymore? are you able to provide them with a list of your vaccinations?

about the method of payment, iv paid The RPRF online thru credit card.. you just need to forward them the copy of the online receipt and then follow instructions as per given in the MMR letter.. about the medicals, there is no need for you to inform them because the clinic is responsible for forwarding the result.

Is a myth in people thinking, did they written any where if you have travel history verification will take time.Nor it doesn'1 guarantee if you don`t have travel history will get visa soon, I don`t have travel history but still waiting for TLU and PPR.File processing is purely based on Visa officer how quick he make things moving and taking decisions..and Finally you luck plays an imp role ;)

i have been searching at old forums, and they all say they update TLU once you have done your medicals and passed security checks, and the security checks will take longer if your travel history is longer, i know mine is a very long history, been to too many countries through my life.
