Can any please highlight step by step procedure in detail for what documents are required and how are they need to be attested for noc 3112?

What selection needs to be made on MCC's website and what should one be careful about in order to avoid any delays. Help from Senior members and Doctors would be appreciated! Thanks !

IS IT NECESSARY THAT U SHOULD HAVE TO INFORM AT THE TIME OF MEDICAL QUESTIONING THAT HIV+ EXISTS IN YR FAMILY, BUT APPLICANT HV NO SUCH +SYMPTOMS, WHAT CAN BE HAPPEN/WORST AT LATER STAGE, IF U DIDN'T INFORM DOCTOR.
