I paid $350 for each person of my family to doctor and Plus $150 for xray to hospital in chicago.

there is no uniform charge it depend on DMP. So if you have multypul choice of DMP. choose list expencive.
Make sure DMP send your medical result by registred mail so you can chase it, In my case it was send by sipmpe mail and CiC update" Medical Received " after three month.
