Medical confusion with clinic ? Please help:)

Hey guys so I rang today to book my medical for this week all good ,all fantastic they have space. It's a doc that's listed on the CIC website. Over the phone she asked me what letter I had, I told her none it was for the new express entry and she did not seem to know much about that which has me worried. She also said was it a family and I said no just myself solo. So what do I need I know going in? what has most of you guys done non or the regular? I really need to know as Dont want to screw it up.

Thanks so much should I should not have to bring an forms apart from my passport? She also asked for 2 passport photos this must be a mistake also?

Just an update I called today and all is good they use e-medical and will issue me with an umi number. Just want to check do I still need to get a print off myself to upload?. Thanks

Thanks so much .. Is there an option to get the results of all the Tests yourself once there available or does it go striaght to cic? thanks again pure lifesaver

Some clinics provide you with the copy of the report for your reference for additional cost.

Although, this copy has nothing to do with immigration and is just for your own record of your health.
