Hi, my application is about to be rejected for imigration as they says it in a letter because of the medcial condition of my dependent infant child of 21 months old, she is suffering from rare neurological dis-order "lissencephaly" and immigration letter says that they can't grant me immigration cause of excessive load my daughter's rehabilation puts on social service. Is there any chance for me to get immigration? since my medical is clear as well as my wife is cleared also my wife is Ms in mircobiology with medical background, kindly also reply me on my hotmail abbasi2@hotmail.com. Thanks in advance for the help

if i were u , i'll ask they to give visas for me and wife only
or
to sign a letter that i'll will not ask for any medication for the shild inside canada

when did u apply and where from?
 
Hi, thanks for the quick reply, I applied in 2007, I am from Pakistan, so is it possible if I ask for visa for my self and wife? will they entertain such request?
 
send them a letter with the 2 options

did u apply to london ? when did u get the medical request?

No - they will not entertain such as request. In order for you and your wife to be approved, your child MUST pass the medical.

Your only option is to somehow convince CIC that your child's condition will not place an excessive burden on the Canadian health care system.
