Medical completed. Still not showing up on IRCC Portal

I completed my medical on Wednesday last week after receiving a request from IRCC Abu Dhabi in the last week of December. It is now Tuesday and my medical has still not been updated.

Do IRCC acknowledge when they receive the medical?

It will be 30 days after they issued me the medical request on the 30th of this month. Should I email them to tell them I completed my medical already if it does not update by the 30th of this month?

Did you send them the e-medical sheet that was given to you at the clinic?
