Medical Checkup in CT/NY Area

I found a CIC panel doctor in CT. Apparently, he doesn't have a good rating on Healthgrades website. Has anyone in CT gone to the doctor (Dr. Lukas Konandreas) in Stamford CT? What are your thoughts? Also, how much does it cost to get the medicals done?
