Medical check for kids

Hi,

As part of the medical check for CIC, what tests are performed on kids? I have a 2.5 yr old boy, and wish to know what kind of tests will be performed on him. Any information is appreciated.

For Kids less than 5 Yrs, the height, weight will be checked followed by physical examination by the Doctor. No blood tests / urine tests / X-ray screening will be done.

I had completed the tests inclusive on my 5 month old kid last week.

Do carry along the immunization record just in case the doctor wants to check it.
