Do anyone have idea of Medical fee in MAX HOSPITAL in New Delhi.. I am going to do soon.. When visiting hospital, do i need appointment? What are the document i need to carry with when visiting the hospital? Your input is appreciated...

cost is around 3100 rupees if no additional test requested by doctor.yes you need appointment.you need to carry original passport with photocopy of it.request letter of medical issue by cic excluding spouse catogary 5 passport size pic that all

They say 5 pics, however they use only 4 and return 1. Just thought I'd write it here in case anyone was wondering.
