Ujjwal Ji,we Nepalese should not fill that section as we have our passport details to be supplied in the next section.National identity documents are usually used by the residents of European Unions as they don't need passports to travel in their member countries.That's why, better not be confused about it as that section does not necessarily ask details of our citizenship card.so answer 'No'.

Another issue in form Additional Family Information IMM5406, My wife and my self to be filled as applicant in different forms and our subsequent details accordingly

Plz fill up your forms with all details as the applicant and while filling up your madam's,let the first space I mean place where you fill applicant's name,be blank and supply all her details in the following sections otherwise all her brothers,sisters and family members of her parents side seem same,as you are sending those two additional forms attached, they will find out the fact and the relation with the applicant is already established through the husband name! So no need to be confused on it as well!

But with apology I argue , myself and wife literally both are applicant, principal and secondary respectively, so that we may fill both the forms separately as applicant and put respective details accordingly. Surya ji, Sharmaji, Bibekji and dudes highlight plz
