My one friend who had applied before one month than me got his visa and went to canada 13 months before..But me here PR ko sapana dekhda dekhdai budho hune bhaiyo......

Today I recieved the following mail from NDVO. After two months of Decision made they have sent it. According to mail I think this applies everyone waiting for passport. So please lets contact to VFS now.


Dear **************:

As of February 1, 2013, the Canadian Cooperation Office in Kathmandu can no longer forward
immigration documents on behalf of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi. As a result,
we are unable to return your passport to you via the Canadian Cooperation Office (Kathmandu).

Effective immediately, visa applicants in Nepal are requested to either:

• contact the VFS Visa Application Centre in Kathmandu (http://www.vfs-canada.co.in)
to arrange for return of your passport; or
• provide a mailing address in India to which we can send your passport and documents
by registered mail.

We request that you comply with this request within the next 30 days so that we may finalize
your application.

It means we need to contact vfs Naxal immediately ..
If the passport has already com to VFS , Do they inform by calling or not?


If they do not inform us,we may be in trouble because I read in their website that if we donot collect our passport within a month, they return our passport to India only...so lets be quick to contact there....

This letter is same as mine but last i got my passport via skynet after 1.5 month of my decision made. but my decision made was feb 6,2012 .

Although I did not have any case specific inquiry, when i checked email just now ,Canadian high Comission had sent me exactly same letter attached in pdf format....
So lets go to vfs on sunday

Hi guys, I allso received same mail today via email. And went to vfs but it was too late, need to visit that place again Monday. No option left, as it has been 2 months since DM, we have to go ahead with vfs's procedure. Whether it comes through skynet or Vfs, we need our pps back. After a long silence, we got a wayout that we have to follow. What do you suggest friends? Your opinions are highly welcomed. Thanks.

Hi frens, I would like to ask to put your views regarding DM. In some cases CHC ND mentions that 'medical reports have been received'. In other cases they dont mention any thing about medical report. They update directly 'a decision has been made on your application...............' Without adding medical line. Medical, passport, pr fee draft n all required documents pathaisake pachhi medical line add nahuda pani DM ta positive nai hunchha, hoina ra? Pls comment something as above said matter. Thanks.

What a U turn by NDVO, previously they use the VFS then SKYnet and once again VFS? I asked with Skynet but they mentioned no breach of contract for PPT, then which is authenticate and how to follow?

Even the mail you all received, I dont get such email too,
Anyway friend I am in Pokhara now and Hope your message relay after visiting VFS on monday will be helpful me.
