Medical and PPR at same time

Hi,
I've applied for work permit from outside of Canada. My spouse is already in Canada on a closed work permit.
I had TB few years ago but cured shortly after. I've already gone through medical exam with initial application ~4 months ago and another medical exam requested by CIC ~1 month ago.
Now, I got PPR (Passport requests) and Medical request at same time.
I am confused, if I should go for medical exam first, wait for some time and then submit the passports?
Or should I tell CIC that I have already gone through medical exams
Or should I go through medical exam again and send passports right after?

Please suggest

PPR means that you are done. Just submit your passport. As for medicals you can raise a form and submit the proof.
