Medical and police check for dependent child under "22years"

Hi everyone,
I have applied my daughter PR from Islamabad
Application received January 24th 2013, we only receive one letter stating that our application as been received.
After that nothing got or heard from embassy!

My question was my daughter got her medical done by the Canadian place in Islamabad but she wasn't asked to do so by the embassy, I was wondering is it ok to attach email to London embassy the medical report or should I just wait for them to ask for medical???

Also will they be doing police check for daughter as well?

As of online status under the PR status it only says application received and under the sponsorship status it says " decision made"

In our case we waited for the immigration to send us a letter telling us to underago a medical examination. . There is a specific form needed to be accomplished by the affiliate MD and hospital institution. . I am a dependant of my mother

If your daughter is 18 and above she need a police clearance. .
