Medical and additional documents requested..Appartently

In my cic account at the additional document box it says " we need additional documents to process your application see below message " but there is nothing ..and i allready uploaded schedule A and pcc .. my file is in singapoore now .. what should i do .. ?

Its hard to tell, so far technical department is not that much helpful at all so I will give 2-3 days & will call them again. When i had no "upload button" on my gckey account, i created a technical problem ticket & submitted, 2 weeks later i got a reply & they asked to uplaod my documents through IRCC, thats not a solution.....lol....

Did you receive any email like the following:

You are requested to submit additional documents to the Canada Visa Office, Dhaka for further processing. Please visit the Canada Visa Application Centre 2/3 working days after receiving this email to collect the envelope containing further instructions or call CVAC helpline number for further information. Please note this is an auto generated e-mail. Please do NOT reply to this email.

I would call and make sure they received it

Please I’m also facing some challenges with my application. I was sent an email requesting me to do my medicals which I have already done and attached to my application before I even submitted. Can I get their contact to call them and make the necessary enquiries.

I have received additional documents request from ircc which i submitted on 30th of december. On 30th night the status changed to we have received the additional documents you provided but when i checked again on 2nd January it says we need additional documents. Is this some technical issue. Because I didn’t get any message about the additional documents after that
Realy worried. Kindly help!!
