Medical after ITA

Guys,

I got an IT in July and I have until Sept 15th to submit my application. I had my medical exams scheduled to yesterday but I had to cancel because my company has urgently sent me to Germany to work in a very important project.

I will stay here until Sept 7th, I already called the only clinic that does the exam here in Munich and the doctor is on vacation and will only return after Sept 7th.

My exam is the only part missing in our documentation and I am not sure if I will be able to submit it on time. What should I do submit everything and try to add the exam later in the process or refuse the ITA and wait for a new one?

Schedule an appointment with the nearest available panel physician in Germany between now and Sep 15th. It takes 3 hours and they give you a report in real-time. You just have to upload that and you are done.

Do not attempt to submit without your medicals, your application will be cancelled in no time.

You can choose to decline your ITA but I see no real need of doing that if you can squeeze out 3-4 hours for Medicals over the next month or so.

Ask for a place that does eMedical. You will get a printout minutes after you're done with the tests.
