Hi

I need some advise regarding Re-medicals for my express entry application. Below is my timeline and questions:

Applicant AOR: 8 Nov 2020
Application medical expiry: October 2021
Spouse added: December 2020
Spouse medical expiry: Jan 2022
COR: UK

We are visiting Pakistan and want to do our medicals here as it’s much cheaper. I have not been required for remedicals but last communication for ADR (job description on company letter head as it was a bit vague before). ADR requested in Feb 2022 and accepted in June 2022

Questions:
1- Will IRCC be okay with me doing re-medicals without them requesting these?
2-Is it okay that I get them done in Pakistan. I have done several medicals at this point. One in Pakistan (expired before AOR) and one in the UK (submitted with application) and spouse medical was done in Pakistan.
3- Is there a possibility that I won’t be requested Re-medicals (read somewhere that UK residents don’t need it? Not sure though)
4- Panel in Pakistan mentioned to me “As per IRCC instructions, upfront medicals cannot be performed for a permanent residence category. Those applying for permanent residence, must wait for IME instructions from their visa office and must not perform a UMI. Upfront medicals are only permitted for temporary residence category.” Is this an issue

Medical is tomorrow so would appreciate on what you guys think? @legalfalcon
