I would say 2-4 weeks. Recently we have had many bank holidays so past 2 months has been around 15 working days looking at peoples timeline. If you look at the recent posts you can see people who got it within 11-15 working days so 3-4 weeks with weekends.

Hopefully you hear for yours tomorrow. We submitted ours in the 12th and arrived at IRCC at 16th. Will let you know

Unfortunate. Always best to just pay the return fee and let them use their courier to return documents. I think they will on purpose not use your return envelope because they might have to book collection.

@legalfalcon @scylla Just a quick update. Everything worked out in the end gladly. Wrote a detailed explanation and was requested to pay the fee and today finally got the email for ready for visa. Thanks for the help.
