I am so confused and i really need help about this ..Medical results have been received !!!! what is next and the after how long?!!!!
just 2 days ago i had this add about medical results have been received !!!

Generally that means your application is moving along. There may still be background checks required as well, but in some cases people receive a passport request within a month or two after this point. There are no guarantees, of course.

Can I ask you how long was between you doing the medical and then being able to see medical results have been received?
I still can't see that update on mine ecas.
