Time line.
Medicals Done March 18th, 2018
Passport Request Email received February 15th, 2019
Passport Submitted March 3rd, 2019

Currently waiting for PR Visa to be stamped by local VO however the Medicals will expire on March 18th, 2019.
What will be the scenarios in terms of PR Visa / COPR Expiry? There are many answers that get one lost.

Appreciate inputs from experts.

They will simply see that your Medicals are going to be expire sooner than you even get your passport back. So either they will extend your medicals or ask you to do a new one. Most likely option is extension according to many other stories in the past.

For Everyone's benefit, we received the Passports back with COPR on 15th of March, 2019 with Validity of Visa and COPR of 10th of February, 2020 (a bit less than one year).

So you have plenty of time to land? that's great.
May I ask how you submitted your passports? I am trying to understand how long it takes a given VO to review and stamp documents from the moment they receive them.
I am stuck with the Vienna VFS although I live in Germany. Had to choose the in-person option because of their complicated consent procedure.

Hello. I am based in Dubai so sent the email request with passports and photos and signed consent form at VFS. That is all. Only main applicant shall do this. They couriered it to ADVO and then back to address I provided (home). Took 12 calendar days from submission to receiving. Regards. Good luck
