Good for you that your file is transferred to detroit. It looks like the fastest of all is Los Angeles. Detroit has slowed down in the past 2 months, but still very promising compared to New york. I will go in this order.

1. Los Angeles
2. Detroit
3. Seattle
4. New York

i passed my application in Buffalo last June 2010
I just heard from them last november 2010 for MR
I had my Meds done last Dec 2010
and last March 30, 2011 i received an e-mail that my files was transferred to LA..

i've read forums saying that LA is faster..
but im on a really tight position..
i applied for an extension for my work permit after 2 years and it was refused and was asked to apply for a restoration using my PNP certificate.
i passed my application for restoration last March 10, 2011, last March 23, 2011 my boss gave me a new LMO in which i called the CIC call centre to update my file with the positive LMO confirmation Number...

and last March 15, 2011, i renewed my passport for it will be expired on July 2011..

im worried because of the status of my restoration and i its been taking soo long for my PPR..

any suggestion??
is LA really taking fast in processing application???

Just FYI guys..file transfers doesnt necessarily mean faster processing
