MED. DONE IN NOV/DEC 201O &waiting for PPR

Hi,

completed my medicals on 13th november, and week after sent documents to add my new born son to application, now waiting for buffalo to send the medical form for my newborn...

Hi Lee,

R u in Canada? I don't think so that you will get any medical form for the new born. One of my children was born in Canada and she has just turned one and we have not received anything for her. Anyway she has already got Canadian citizenship by birth.

Hi,

Iam in US. he is US citizen. For canadian citizens there is no need for medical exam and they won't receive any medical forms.
