Hi Guys, Created this post where Mechanical Engineers can collate there data and help each other.

I have created my EE profile, but not Intentionally not submitted as I am waiting for my IELTS. My Profile.
Age: 31
Exp: 7+Yrs
Education: Diploma (3yrs, Full) + Bachelors (3yrs,Full) + MBA in project management (2yrs,Part)
ECA: Completed for my Diploma and Bachelors.
Have Job Offer: No, Striving hard for this.... :'(
IELTS: Pending.

Not sure how to get a job offer. It will boost up the profile by 300 points. Followed by provincial nomination 300 points.

Well Madddy, you are competing with every one on the pool.

EE is not NOC dependent so anyone having a better CRS score than you is your competitor

I have a question here ... If EE draw is not NOC dependent then -

Considering CIC selects 1000 top scorers and they all are from NOC 2171~5 ... then would it mean that these 1000 top scorers will be absorbed in jobs other than NOC 2171~5 as well ... means computer professionals in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil and other jobs ?

Not a practical scenario ... what do u think ?

Because in future they might get a surge in demand for let's say Software Engineers then they can prioritize NOC 2173.

As of now, they will simply select the applicants based on their CRS score irrespective of the NOC

Yup. Aim for CLB 9 and that will turn the tables in your faviur.

375 is almost average as of now..
