Me and my fiancee got PPR but we are not yet landed in canada. we want to get married before landing.we have filed our cases as individuals..
1)shall we need to inform cic after marriage or is it ok
2) or we shall first land in canada and then return to our country And got married and get certificate from court.then changed our status on both passports.

I'd suggest you to get married after landing if that's okay. For that, you do not have to let CIC know any changes at all.

1. Yes you have to inform CIC about the marital status change, if you get married before landing.
2. This would be a better option. Do the landing and get your PR status before marriage.
3. If you are okay with getting married in Canada, then I don't see any problem with this options as well.
For 2 & 3, there is no need to inform CIC.

You can get married and then each of you inform CIC separetely. Mention that you don't need to add your spouse to the application as they are already separately approved for PR. Mention each other's application numbers and UCI.
