MD or MS (basic sciences) medical degrees, India

Dear all,
the title of my degree is "Doctor of Medicine (MD) Anatomy",in India it is a postgraduate master's degree. The evaluation report of WES mentions vaguely the Canadian equivalency as "Three years of graduate medical education".
Has anyone applied for the ECA (educational credentials assessment) with WES, Medical Council of Canada etc to get their MD or MS assessed. If yes then what was the Canadian equivalency?

i got mbbch and master of physiology from uk i want to apply as university lecturer not as physician. so i can apply to WES both degrees or i should send mbbch to Canadian medical council , and master degree to MES
