-A Certification d'acceptation du Québec (CAQ) from the Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Diversité et de l'Inclusion, Québec

-A study permit from Citizenship and Immigration Canada. McGill University's CIC unique identifier is
019359011033 -- this can changed as you suggested from the CIC webiste.

I think as FMJeb said, I have to wait for the funding confirmation, then decide and go with Québec Acceptance Certificate
