MBA (WES) - University of Bedfordshire

Colleges in my home country offer a 1-year online MBA program partnered with the University of Bedfordshire in the UK.
I am wondering if I can complete this MBA and get it approved by WES to be equivalent for a 1-year MBA/Masters in Canada to gain points in my Permanent Residence application?

Any thoughts would be helpful
