MBA FROM SMU IN 2011

Hi

I want to apply for canada PR. My bachelor is from Punjab university Chandigarh while MBA is from SMU in 2011. (from 2009 to 2011)

My question here to confirm that whether i can apply for ECA ? if yes, which body is successfully evaluating the SMU MBA degree ?
