MBA evaluated as 1 year Postgraduate diploma

I did my 2 year MBA from NMIMS MUMBAI and WES rated it as PG Diploma and I lost 7 points because of it. Will IQAS rate it as Masters? Please advise

Hey same has happened in my case. IIFT MBA and I've got it as one year post graduate diploma. How do you infer that WES has changed this policy? Is it mentioned anywhere?

What did you select in CIC profile for your MBA which was evaluated as Post Graduate Diploma 1 year ?

So this is now getting a bit confusing. Ok i can go ahead with "Two or more certificates", Now my work ex is in 1112 NOC code (financial analyst), thsi NOC code states educational requirements as Masters degree in finance or MBA. So does this mean I cannot choose this NOC code? Or simply i cannot show my work experience which almost kills my CRS score ?


Also, is financial analyst a regulated job in canada? I could not find any list of regulated jobs in canada.

I filled in 2 or more certificates.

No brother. WES has changed their evaluation policy for Indian MBAs. Only MBA from IIM/IIT and 3 year MBAs are evaluated as Masters. All other MBAs are assessed as Postgraduate diploma (1 year)

If you are short of points, try doing an evaluation with other agencies like IQAS or ICES

I have a three year MBA (Marketing Management & International Business) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Foreign Trade, and WES has evaluated it as "Three Bachelor's Degree (Four years)". MBA & PGDFT are both in 1st class with Distinction grades.

I have exactly the same doubt.. Does IQAS equate NMIMS PGDM as Masters?.. Did you get an answer to this question?
